William Wyler’s Mrs Minver has a well deserved reputation as one of the finest MGM films of the 1940’s. Based on the popular book by Jan Struther, Mrs Miniver is a beautiful, heart warming and sometimes harrowing drama of a family in England during the early days of World War II.
