Biography

Born on September 28, 1934, in Paris, France, Brigitte first entered the spotlight at the age of 15 when she started modelling and found herself in the French magazine "Elle". Her first on screen appearance was in 1952 starring as as Javotte Lemoine in the french film Le trou normand (1952).

She later went on to star in 43 films, most of which were french. Some of her most remembered roles were in films such as And God Created Woman (1956), Contempt (1963), Viva Maria! (1965) and Spirits of the Dead (1968).
