Biography
The daughter of singer and actress Judy Garland and film director Vincente Minnelli, Liza Minnelli is a star of stage and screen, well known for her musical and theatre work. Her best known film role is arguabley her portrayal as Sally Bowles in the movie version of Cabaret (1972) for which she won bothe the Academy Award and Golden Globe for best actress.
Some of her other film credits include the Dudley Moore comedy Arthur (1981), and her appearance as herself in the film Sex and the City 2 (2010). She also played a recurring role on hit American sit com Arrested Development (2003).
