Biography
An American Actress, Susan Sarandon is a veteran actress with over four decades of experience under her belt and over 100 screen credits to her name. Once married to fellow actor Tim Robbins and heavily involved in political activism, Sarandon has recieved countless nominations for her film work and holds one Academy Award for Best Actress in Dead Man Walking (1995).
Some of her more notable film roles include Janet in the cult musical classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975), Louise Sawyer in the iconic Thelma & Louise (1991), and Sister Helen Prejean in Dead Man Walking (1995).
