Biography
Born Lewis Ernest Watts Mills, John Mills was an English actor who made more than 120 films in a career spanning seven decades. Awarded the Oscar for his role in the film Ryan's Daughter (1970), Mills is perhaps best known for this and other roles including Great Expectations (1946), Swiss Family Robinson (1960), and Gandhi (1982).
