Biography
An American country music singer-songwriter, as well as an author, poet, actor, and activist, Willie Nelson has appearred in over 35 films and has recieved an Oscar nomination for his music in the film Honeysuckle Rose (1980). He has also released over 70 albulms and has achieved international success and fame as well as being a noted political and environmental activist.
Some of his film appearances include Barbarosa (1982), Red Headed Stranger (1986), Forrest Gump (1994), Wag the Dog (1997), and Brokeback Mountain (2005).
