An American actress best known for her roles on American television shows The Big Valley (1965–1969) and Dynasty (1981), Linda Evans made only a few film appearances in movies such as Tom Horn (1980) alongside Steve McQueen.

Her best remembered roles were as Krystle Carrington on the long running drama soap Dynasty and as Audra Barkley on the long running western The Big Valley. She also made notable appearances on television shows such as Hunter (1976) and North and South, Book II (1986).
